The Tarlton Foundation is our independent nonprofit that focuses on health, wellness and educational initiatives. The Tarlton Foundation, the non-profit arm of Tarlton Properties, today shared highlights of its impact in the local community in 2025, including funding for scholarship programs, grants for cancer research, and continued support of local organizations.
Tarlton Properties has obtained a $105 million first lien construction loan for 3600 Breakthrough Loop, a 223,500-square-foot, build-to-suit life science office project in Austin. BillionToOne has already fully preleased the Class A facility. This will be BTO's fourth collaboration with Tarlton.
